Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Pricing

All bookings are subject to confirmation.

​

Prices listed are base prices only and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and add-on services.

​

A revised price will be confirmed before work begins.

2. Payment

Payment is required on completion of the service unless a deposit or pre-payment has been made.

​

Accepted payment methods include card, Square, or other approved methods.

​

Any additional services requested on the day will be added to the final total.

3. Vehicle condition

Heavily soiled vehicles (pet hair, sand, stains, mould, excessive dirt) may require additional time and incur extra charges.

​

If the vehicle is significantly dirtier than described the booking may need to be rescheduled or repriced.

​

We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odours, or defects.

4. Add-Ons & Extras

Add-ons such as pet hair removal, headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, paint decontamination, or 4x4/7-seater surcharges may apply.

​

These will be clearly communicated before or during the service if required.

5.  Cancellations & Rescheduling

A $40 deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

​

Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. 

​

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice may have the deposits transferred to a new date.

​

No-shows or customers unavailable upon arrival will incur a $40 cancellation fee in addition to the deposit being forfeited.

​

If weather or safety conditions require rescheduling, the deposit will be carried over to the new appointment.

6. Liability

While all care is taken, Aussie Adrenaline Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects.

​

Customers must disclose any known issues with their vehicle (e.g., loose trims, aftermarket wraps, damaged clear coat).

​

We are fully insured for public liability; a certificate is available upon request

7. Customer Responsibilities

Please remove personal belongings before the appointment.

​

Ensure we have safe access to the vehicle and adequate space to work. 

​

For mobile appointments, water and power access (if required) must be available unless previously arranged.

8. Time Estimates

All timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the vehicles condition and required services.

9. Aftercare

Customers are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided, especially for paint correction and ceramic coating services.

10. Agreement

By booking a service with Aussie Adrenaline Detailing, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

11. Additional Dealer & Fleet T&C's

Service rates and packages are quoted based on volume, vehicle condition, and required turnaround times.

All bookings must be confirmed by email (info@aussieadrenalinedetailing.com) or by text message (0480 581 173) before work begins.

​

Invoices are issued upon completion and are payable within agreed terms.

​

Vehicles must be accessible, unlocked, and free of personal items.

​​

Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or unexpected corrective work.

​

Cancellations or schedule changes require 24 hours' notice unless otherwise agreed.

​

A service log or sign-off may be required for bulk or recurring work.
